Windows 10 and Edge:- Windows 10 and the new Microsoft Edge browser users may experience some bugs with the SAS editor. If you do, please let us know using the Update Request Tool, as we have developed a fix that we can roll out to your site.

IE11:- If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and have SAS4.0 installed on your site (SAS4.0.1 to SAS4.0.20), you may experience difficulties when uploading documents using the WYSIWYG editor. Go to TOOLS > COMPATIBILITY OPTIONS in IE11 and add the site to the compatibility list, or contact us using using the Update Request Tool to arrange for a fix.
